"We did have a couple of complaints, however: the pod had four chairs, but our reservation was for two, so the extra chairs were cumbersome. The two chairs we used were a bit dated, and the padding showed noticeable signs of wear. Each pod came with a Bluetooth speaker for our use, but the one we received was white and quite dirty, as was the tablet provided for ordering. Additionally, we weren't informed of the $150 minimum purchase requirement until we arrived, which wasn't mentioned on the website or in the reservation details. Overall, I would rate the experience a B+ and would consider returning."

Ideal atmosphere for a girls' night out. I appreciated the privacy, which allowed for undistracted conversations. The decor was beautiful, and the food was fantastic! I will definitely be making another reservation!

Meagan was the best! Her sparking personality helped to make the occasion a very special one. Cafe Zinc always does a nice presentation with the food, and it was truly extraordinary this time. The Pod was very special, too....

We could not be together for New Years Eve, so this was our replacement. It was great! Our waitress took care of a couple of minor problems with no hesitation, and she provided great service. The food was wonderful. With Covid again being a problem, your pods are a great ida. View menu

Our server, Megan, was phenomenal. She was efficient, friendly, and attentive. My husband and I had the surf and turf for NYE. The steak was excellent, the lobster tails (2) were each 3 small bites, and that’s being generous. Very disappointing for $50. We loved the pod, very cool ambiance.

Absolutely superb food and service. HOWEVER, the pods are underheated, in particular the floor: it was 30 degrees outside the evening we dined and despite being well-clothed and the provided blanket, our feet were cold throughout the meal, which significantly impacted our enjoyment. Management needs to take action on this and insulate the pod floors properly.
