"Update 12/2/21: I visited the restaurant again today, and the manager was incredibly hospitable! We had a great discussion about the rising costs, which made me feel more at ease with the higher prices. The shake was just as amazing as ever—far superior to anywhere else—but the customer service truly stood out. I'm really glad I decided to go back! If you know any hard-working individuals, I encourage you to recommend them to the restaurant, as they are hiring and could benefit from more fantastic staff like the manager! Just a quick note: prices have definitely gone up. I usually pay around $6.88 for a small dulce de leche shake, but today it was $8.96, so I think this will be my last shake from them. I’ll be heading to Shake Shack from now on."

As always, the food is delicious, with a wide variety of options available. The portion sizes are quite generous as well. However, the service is very slow, and there doesn't appear to be any system for serving customers based on their arrival order; the staff tends to serve people at random.

"This was my worst experience at this restaurant. Despite having a reservation, we waited 30 minutes on our wedding anniversary. Then they finally seated us on the 2nd floor. I knew that would be a problem. The gauchos came by infrequently. And when they did, the meats were burnt and dry and barely had any salt. We've been to this restaurant many times before, and this was by far the worst time. The good was that Irina was very attentive to our needs, and we applaud her."

"I absolutely love the atmosphere here! Our server, Alexa, was fantastic. Every dish we ordered was amazing. The Brussels sprouts were rich, dense, and had the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The salmon was cooked to perfection. Both the French onion and cream of mushroom soups were great! The chicken Marsala was also excellent! We enjoyed the carrot cake for dessert, though they did charge us for it despite it being a birthday celebration. No big deal, though! The drinks are quite a spectacle as well! I loved every cocktail, but we did have a male bartender who initially mixed one of the drinks incorrectly, so I recommend making sure the orders are clear. I can't wait to return for more delicious food and drinks—or just to have that carrot cake again!"

"There are two Papa Romano's locations on Crooks in Troy, and it can be confusing. This particular location is excellent, but we have not had much luck with the other one. I have fond memories of Papa Romano's from my childhood, with Bambino bread and deep dish pizza. When the location near my house closed, I was disappointed. Although this location is further away and does not deliver to our house, we still prefer it over the other location. I am writing this review to commend the staff for consistently creating superior pizzas. It is always the same guys working when I pick up my order, and they deserve recognition for their hard work. However, I must address a one-star review left by a customer who did not tip the delivery driver. It is unacceptable to order delivery and not tip. If you cannot afford to tip, then you should not be ordering delivery. The driver is not at fault for your lack of funds. Make yourself a sandwich and wait until you can afford to tip, or simply pick up your order in person. The driver deserves respect for standing up to customers who do not tip. If you cannot tip, then do not order delivery."

"My husband and I stopped in here after work and I am so glad we did! The food was excellent! I grew up in East Dearborn and I love Lebanese food so I’m always looking for a great spot to grab some in this area! This place definitely did not disappoint. It was so clean and welcoming. The chicken shawarma was super fresh and delicious! Can I also say Bri is one of the best servers I’ve ever had at a restaurant? She was awesome and such a sweetheart. We will definitely be back. Don’t miss out on this spot!"

"Had the twin lobster tails and they were the best I have ever had! Cooked perfectly, tender and sweet! Also garlic mashed potatoes were amazing. Hubby has filet with skewered shrimp and au gratin potatoes and loved his meal. Although he tasted my mashed and said he would get those next time and he's an AuGratin lover so that says how good the mashed were. Finished up our anniversary dinner with a complimentary cheesecake drizzled in chocolate and it was fabulous! We will be going back more often. Oops also had bang bang shrimp for appetizer and it was wonderful. I will try the bang bang shrimp tacos next time. One of the best dinners we have had in a long time."
