"I have been going to this location for most of my life, I have been to tons of similar places all over Northern NY, the Finger Lakes region and Columbus,OH. My family and I still swear by Golden Cheng, a solid selection, fast friendly service, everything is fresh and delicious. I have asked them to modify menu items and they kindly and accurately do. Portions and pricing are generous. Outstanding place."

"When you think of Italian cuisine, you typically imagine generous portions. Coming from an Italian family, I'm used to being fed until I couldn't eat another bite. Unfortunately, this restaurant doesn't deliver that experience. Their success seems to stem from the fact that their main competitor is Olive Garden. If you want to feel even somewhat satisfied, you'll likely need to order two entrées; otherwise, it's not worth it. The prices are high for the amount of food you receive. I wouldn't recommend the appetizer combo, as they only provide you with three of each item and no sauce. I'll let my pictures do the talking—everything tasted mediocre and was overpriced."

"This is a lengthy review, but definitely worth reading! I recently visited Dunkin' in Gouverneur, NY around 12:20 a.m. The server I interacted with was Madyson, and I must say she and one other coworker were the only ones I had no issues with. As someone who works in the food industry, I was shocked to see that some of the employees were not wearing gloves while handling food. I only realized this when a different employee showed me a video of my sandwich being prepared without gloves. I requested that my sandwich be remade by someone wearing gloves, which was promptly done. However, I was met with attitude from another staff member who was not wearing a name tag. When I politely asked for my sandwich to be remade with gloves, she made a remark about rude customers and threatened to snap. The situation escalated when I spoke to the supposed manager, who seemed dismissive and unapologetic. He even went as far as to compare me to a child in how he handled the situation. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of care and professionalism displayed by the manager and some of the staff. The only commendable aspect was Madyson's efficiency in getting my drink quickly and correctly. Thank you to her for her efforts."

"I ended up going here because the pizzeria I intended to go to closed early and I understand, it was 1/2 hour before closing time, and I don't want to get the staff into trouble.Jose O'Conner's had excellent food, very good pizza, and excellent wings and I went to college in Buffalo Anaconda's invented the hot wings, they are exactly on par. I'm glad the pizzeria was closed in hind sight. I didn't expect such high quality food from a bar.I was on vacation from Silly Con Valley (sorry about the evil we've done, we'll fix it before we're dead! you guys don't know how good you have it.I hope you guys do well. Also, Google is evil.And trust me, Google is evil it is not your friend. But this bar is great, but Google is absolutely evil. It's a disinformation site that censors actual, accurate information at this point. We didn't intend this."

"This place was awesome! My wife and I recently moved to Carthage and wanted to try this place out as everyone we had spoken to in town had told us it was great. We walked in and immediately felt at home with the staff. They were so nice and friendly. I ordered the blueberry pancakes and eggs and my wife had the gravy and biscuits. The food took slightly longer than most diners, but that is ok because it is all freshly made. The Pancakes were amazing! The blueberrys were fresh picked and they tasted like fresh blueberry cobbler. The gravy was homemade and so were the biscuits, and being from the south this surprised me it was so good up here. All in all, if you want good breakfast, stop here!"
