You won't find a better breakfast or lunch anywhere in Northern Michigan than here, located in the city of Elk Rapids.

10/10 would recommend! Super friendly service, they treat everyone as if they were a regular! The food was absolutely delicious! I wish my stomach was bigger so I could eat more!

Had to make a February trip to Elk Rapids for a funeral. We had the best early morning breakfast here on a wintry day. The French toast and bacon was the best. Mom and son owners are warm and friendly. Make sure to stop in if you want good food at reasonable prices.

The wait was about 30 min in line at 11:30 on a Sunday. 100% worth it! Breakfast was delicious and it arrived to our table very quick. My bf and I split an order of pancakes too that were awesome and he's not normally a pancake kinda guy. He wouldn't stop talking about them pancakes. Can't wait to come back and try the french toast!

Had the country fried steak with eggs. It was delicious! Their toast is phenomenal! The waitress said it is from a local Bakery. We also tried the cinnamon caramel French Toast, it was equally as delicious. Topped it off with Michigan’s own Cadillac Coffee : Service is fast and super friendly in this quaint gem. I absolutely love this restaurant! Their omelets are the best in town, and the stuffed French toast is a fantastic reason to enjoy dessert for breakfast. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which adds to the experience. The decor is charming as well. The only drawback is that it’s quite popular, but the wait times are reasonable, and the food definitely makes it worthwhile.

Their slogan should be consistently consistent ! Best over-easy eggs ever. Period. Day after day, always perfect service from the staff in every way! They are truly down to earth. My personal favorite is the Huevos Rancheros. Mucho gusto energy afterwards! I haven 't had an experience that was anything less than stellar! Make sure you take a trip back in time to this place. Any rational person will understand!

Fantastic food and friendly service! This local family-owned restaurant offers delicious meals at great prices, with most breakfasts ranging from $5 to $10. They serve Michigan-made coffee for just $1.95. Currently, it's takeout only, but there are plenty of tables out front to enjoy your food while you wait for indoor dining to reopen.
