"Wow!!! I absolutely loved the food and the atmosphere!!! I heard that Himalayan Flavor has new management, so I decided to give it a try, and I was not disappointed! The Chicken Masala and the Garlic and Cheese Naan were both fantastic!!! I ordered a table for one, and it was more than enough food— I even had some left over to take home for later. The flavors were phenomenal, and the spice level was just right. I asked for a level 5 spice, and it was perfectly balanced, not overly spicy at all. To top it off, a live musician showed up to perform, which really enhanced my Friday night experience! I highly recommend it as a sit-down restaurant. I noticed they received a lot of phone orders as well, so that's another option. The service was friendly, and they even treated me to complimentary rice pudding for dessert! Five stars!!"

This is a fantastic spot for tasty Indian cuisine. The Chicken Curry and Daal Tadka were excellent, and the naan was soft and delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. Just a note: a spice level of 7 is considered mild, so if you prefer spicier dishes, you might want to opt for a level 9 or 10.

The food here is excellent, bursting with flavor, and the service is commendable. Interestingly, they recently hired a new chef who is Hindu and prefers not to cook beef, which I think is wonderful as he stays true to his cultural beliefs. During our trip from Oregon to Montana, we decided to visit Himalayan Flavor and placed our order online in advance. By the time we arrived, the food was ready, and it turned out to be the best Himalayan cuisine we've ever experienced. Our 1.5-year-old loved the food as well! The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating; our little one didn't want to say goodbye to his new friends!

When it comes to Indian and Eastern Cuisine, Himalayan Flavor truly stands out as an authentic experience. Many similar restaurants often serve diluted versions of the dishes, but this place does not. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals. A word of advice for those who are sensitive to spice: we both ordered a spice level of 5 out of 10, but mine ended up being much spicier than expected. Overall, the food was delicious and flavorful, complemented by wonderful and attentive service.
