We were asked to leave before we had finished our meal because it was close to closing time. The chicken was dry, and the sweet potatoes were not very good either.

I visited the restaurant recently and ordered scrambled eggs, but instead received fried eggs. There was a bit of confusion with my order. As for the kid-friendliness, I don’t have children, but I noticed some accommodations for families.

I'm really disappointed. I visited earlier this week and enjoyed the stew; it was fantastic. However, I returned yesterday and found that it tasted burnt and looked and smelled burnt as well. I ordered three pints, and it felt like a complete waste of money! View menu

Josh is the only one who makes sure my eggs are scrambled extra soft. Unfortunately, the cashiers often don't communicate customers' preferences correctly to the cooks. I've been let down many times, including during my last visit, as seen in the photo from 11.24.23—my eggs were as dry as popcorn.

Tonight, I asked my wife to bring home some ribs, but I was disappointed. Managers, I expect to receive what I paid for, not a plate of dry, thin ribs. I should have taken a picture; I’ll remember to do that next time. You should only serve ribs that you would want to eat yourself—not dried-out, old, thin ones.

We arrived at the restaurant at 2:30 PM on a Saturday, and to our surprise, it was quite peaceful. We placed our orders immediately, and the food was served quickly, hot, and fresh. I have to say, their hot barbecue sauce is incredible—I could enjoy it with anything! Regarding the food, my ribs and pulled pork were unfortunately served cold. It's disappointing because the flavor and cooking technique indicated they would have been delicious if they had been hot. That said, they were still passable even cold. The fries, however, were hot and flavorful. Unfortunately, the macaroni and cheese was rather bland and didn't live up to the rest of the meal. On a positive note, the garlic bread was warm, soft, and quite enjoyable. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience—I’ve certainly had worse meals. I would recommend giving this place a try at least once.

My online order was incorrect, and when I spoke to the shift manager, Kiana, she refused to refund me for the missing items. She insisted I had to process the refund on their website, which made no sense to me because a previous manager had refunded me for the same mistake. To make matters worse, she had the audacity to tell me that ordering shrimp at the drive-thru isn’t allowed. If that’s the case, why is it on the drive-thru menu? It's hard to believe that someone with her attitude is a shift manager. If you want to improve your reviews, focus on hiring better employees; they represent your establishment!

I probably won’t be dining here again anytime soon. The food is excellent and the restaurant is clean—everything about the place is great, except for one thing. I recently visited, and while the food was fantastic, my server, Madison, was incredibly rude. When she brought my meal, she roughly placed it on the table without saying a word and just walked away. Later, when I asked for extra sauce, she gave me a very rude look before going to get it.
