"The service at the restaurant was outstanding—very attentive and prompt. However, I had a major issue with flies in the establishment. I simply can't eat in a place with flies buzzing around, so I decided to pack up my food and take it home. As for the combo hibachi plate, it was just average. It included shrimp, scallops, chicken, and steak. I really enjoyed the flavor of the shrimp and steak, but the chicken was bland, although it was tender. The scallops were acceptable as well. Unfortunately, the shrimp roll was quite disappointing; it tasted old and overly greasy."

Tried to take family to dinner on Sunday website says open. Called and staff said the are open. Family of four shows up and walk in and they say take out only. Update your website and make sure staff are informed to tell people it’s take out only over phone. View menu

First time ordering for my family from Hokkaido and it was okay. It was extremely bland and flavorless which was so disappointing. The Crab Rangoon were good and so was the fried California roll. But the Chicken Ramen Bowl was blah and the Hibachi Chicken Shrimp was okay but much better than the Ramen. And it did not come with Fried Rice. Instead rice tossed in soy sauce to make tan. Not sure if I would ever order again. But the portion sizes were plenty.

I have ate here multiple times in the past but this is one of the first times I have ordered take out. I ordered the hibachi chicken and steak. It was all hot and fresh when I received it but the chicken and steak seemed a bit bland to me. I often get the ramen when I go here and I am typically really satisfied but with this plate I enjoyed the spring rolls more than the main course unfortunately. Giving 3 stars because I have ate here before and I normally have better experiences.
