Very rude to take out people. Do not order to go via Uber or door dash or phone call they will prioritize in-house orders over you. Also not very friendly

I order food from the restaurant, unfortunately it's 3 or 4 times I find roaches in the food, then I talk to the manager, and she always to waive my fee and also asked me to keep it secret. I want to tell customers not enjoy this restaurant because you are eating roaches!!!

The food at this restaurant was very disappointing and not good at all. The sweet and sour chicken was extremely greasy, as if it had been sitting out for a long time after being fried. I think I have a problem. I tried the General Tso chicken and it was incredibly delicious. Then I also tried the chicken and garlic dish and it was outstanding. I ordered it again yesterday, and now I'm ordering it once more today. I think I'm hooked and I'll have to start my diet tomorrow! Haha, this dish has become my absolute favorite, I just can't get enough of the garlic and chicken combination. This week alone, I've already ordered it four times! Once I start my diet, I'll have to limit myself to enjoying it just once a week.

This restaurant in Carmel used to be my family's favorite spot for Chinese food, but not anymore. During my recent visit, I was shocked to see that no one, not even the cook or the person handling the food, was wearing a mask despite the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. The entire place looked dirty and unsanitary, and it was clear that simply wiping things down with a paper towel was not sufficient. Additionally, the service was rude both over the phone and in person. I strongly advise people to avoid this restaurant until they prioritize cleanliness and respect for their customers. My family will not be returning, and I urge others who value cleanliness and politeness to do the same.

This has been our Go To Chinese restaurant since we moved to the area in 2014. The food used be so plentiful and delicious.. we ordered it knowing there was a price increase (which is understandable) but less food and sooooo unappealing! The general tsaos chicken tasted like shredded, hard pork overly fried in a sauce that was almost burnt. It literally wasn 't edible! Our egg rolls were tiny compared to what they were and again, not great quality. We also ordered the hunan chicken and sweet and sour chicken and nothing was like it used to be.
