very raw falafels. Not cooked properly. I called the store and they hung up the phone after hearing the issue. I tried calling back couple of times right after, they didn’t pick up.

One of my favorite restaurants.I love the falafel rap or there salads.Today I had a rap and my server BeatriceHook it up!! The whole staff always goes above and beyond. Keep it up!!

The food is aggressively subpar. Everything in my bowl was very salty. The feta being the most salty. The mushrooms are semi rehydrated and taste like cardboard with varying textures. The steak is chewy and lacks flavor. In my opinion I would skip this restaurant entirely next time I am hungry. View menu

First time at Hummus Republic I am so excited to have finally stumbled upon the perfect Mediterranean place. Convenient and fast, great food, presentation but most importantly amazing Staff!!! Hershel (might have butchered that spelling lol) was sowelcoming and friendly. He made me fresh falafel so that my bowl would be warm and delicious Will be going back again forsure!!!

Great tasty food, and so many vegan options!! We got the falafel bowl and the vegan falafel burger and were super happy with this decision! The falafel burger was super flavorful and the sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious! One thing I will sayis the pita chips were not cooked enough and some of the pieces were straight pita bread. Maybe need a longer toast time forthose The food was absolutely delicious and filling. Definitely recommend to fellow vegans! OVERALL 9/10!!

The food was good but expensive for what we ordered.The staff made us feel like we entered the store 5 minutes after closing (we didn't) with their lack of friendliness and complete lack of charm.I'm sorry for being such a burden to you by coming in an ordering!On the evening that we visited, all the other cafes and restaurants were packed and vibrant, but this one was empty and we wondered why it was empty, until we ordered and then knew why.I hope you hire some friendlier staff and turn it around. It's just ok. I ordered a bowl and overall it tasted good but the portion is a little small, not sure if this is because I ordered ahead for pickup. My base was couscous and mixed greens and there was only a very small portion of couscous buried underthe greens. It seems each topping is also strictly portion controlled as there was not a lot of any one topping. The hummusscoops looked to be from a cookie dough sized scoop. The bowl was a little over half full and costs about $14. Even so it's atasty light lunch option.

Meh. I have still yet to find decent Middle Eastern food in Morris County. I grew up eating Middle Eastern food, from Lebanese, to Israeli, to Turkish, Syrian, etc. maybe I have too high expectations. I ordered a catered office lunch. Got chicken Shawarmaand falafel wrap sampler?s as well as a appetizer platter. Falafel was not fresh and dry. Hummus was dry and pasty. Where?s toum(garlic sauce? or hot sauce? Ugh. They were prompt with delivery and it?s okay. Nothing special. For now will continue totravel to NYC or Paterson

The food was amazing, but the service was frustrating. I'm pretty sure my visit was an exception and the service is usually fine. The thing was, it took a while for someone to start helping me. Then, as I was saying what I wanted, the phone rang andthe person behind the counter was on the phone for 3-4 minutes. (apparently it was the manager. OK not the end of the world.Then, again as I was trying to put in an order, someone else in the store who works there interrupted me. All right, sure. Iasked for vegan beef but they needed to replenish it. Okay, no biggie. But it took 2-3 minutes.
