"**Food Quality:** One positive aspect of this restaurant is that all dishes are served hot, as they are made to order. However, I found the flavors lacking. It was nothing to write home about and certainly doesn't compare to my grandma's mac and cheese. My main issue lies with the cheese sauce used in all the dishes; it tastes more like a typical restaurant-style sauce rather than a homemade version. This might appeal to some, but as a true Southerner with a legacy of mac and cheese to consider, it just doesn’t stack up. I ordered the short-rib Philly mac and cheese bowl, which turned out to be mediocre, primarily because of the unsatisfactory cheese sauce. My 16-year-old daughter had the "Best of Both Worlds" grilled cheese sandwich and thoroughly enjoyed it. In contrast, my 13-year-old daughter ordered the chicken parmesan bowl and was let down, failing to meet her high standards as a dedicated mac and cheese fan. We also sampled the signature mac bites as a side, which were quite delicious. **Service:** The ordering process felt reminiscent of a cafeteria. On the Wednesday we visited, it seemed they had a large volume of online orders, leading to about a 10-minute wait to place ours, despite there being no one in front of us and the restaurant being relatively empty. They might benefit from a more streamlined ordering system or consider adding more staff in the back to ensure that someone is always available to take orders promptly. **Ambiance:** We appreciated the restaurant's interior, which was clean and had enough tables to accommodate a fair number of guests. They also had several large-screen TVs, although I found their placement a bit confusing. The TVs are situated along the wall where most of the dining tables are, making it difficult to watch them comfortably."

This was my first experience ordering from this restaurant, and I’d like to provide an honest review. The Classic Grilled Cheese was fantastic, and I will absolutely order it again. On the other hand, the Classic Mac and Cheese Bites (6) were merely average. I only finished 2 out of the 6 and let the rest go to my kids.

The meat was of very poor quality, made up of clumps of freeze-dried and heavily processed chicken and beef that appeared to have been simply microwaved. I ordered the broccoli bowl, but I would have been better off with the regular macaroni, as the broccoli tasted undercooked. The cheese sauce was also lacking in flavor and was quite bland. I absolutely love this new spot in Altamonte! They serve home-style food with the quickness of fast food. There are so many fun options on the menu, and everything we tried was extremely tasty. The staff was incredibly friendly, too. We decided to take our food to go, but we enjoyed the lively atmosphere while we waited.
