Ihop - Menu

I had an amazing breakfast at this location. Clifford was our server and he is just absolutely phenomenal. He was very attentive and friendly and even brought me a root beer float, free of charge, for my birthday. My wife ordered hash browns that ended up being burnt, but he replaced them rapidly with fresh ones that were perfect.

I appreciate the service and music during my wait. I sat near the entrance while my order was being prepared. The meats and scrambled eggs were good. I really wanted to like the French toast and pancakes because it’s ihop, but I did not enjoy the French toast nor pancakes. The waiter did a good job assisting the morning crowd by herself. I paid a reasonable price for my meal.

My family and I had a fairly enjoyable experience. I found the food to be quite good, although my family had varied opinions on their meals. We had to ask someone to clean our seats before sitting down, which was a bit off-putting. My pancakes were a little overcooked around the edges, but I still enjoyed them. Sept. 10, 2022 10:30 am First time here, the place was packed and service wasn't on point ... everything took forever, getting our food, refills, fixing the mistakes, but typically IHOP food, so nothing special to report ... Service was about average, food average, so overall experience was so so ... Would I come back here, maybe during a different time, maybe get better service, food, who knows, maybe be the same ? Like I said, it was about average if you ask us ... Good luck and hopefully you get better service than what we got...

Update: 11/6/22 I had My hopes up on their new vanilla Cinnamon French toast. It would have been nice if our waitress had informed us that they were out of French Toast when we were seated. However the food was okay. The food was hot and came out quick. Yum! Yum! My family and I had a pretty good time. The food was good to me. The taste for my family was to each their own. We had to request for someone to wipe our seats where we were directed to sit. Gross! My pancakes were a little crisp around the edges but I still ate them. I thought it was alright. Our waitress was consistent polite but came off a little nervous. I 'm just glad that the dining was open.

First as I sat down from washing my hands, my server was immediately upon me asking about my order... ok I admire efficiency but goodness I just sat down. I had a free item through another app and was required to sign up at Ihop and I asked my server and she began to explain something about Happy Hour Menu but it's not Happy Hour and she was not explaining it correctly. I rushed my order as best I could and waited about 30 mins or more. I bit into the bacon and if course it had to be crispy which I specifically said I don't want... it just dissolved in my mouth with an ashy taste... and I was more than half way done and the butter had yet to melt showing that the pancakes were Luke warm at b... My husband and I went to this establishment and were very disappointed in the staff. Terrible. We waited forever to be seated. Once we were seated, we continued to wait forever to be greeted by wait staff. We eventually spoke to the manager who eventually sent over a waitress who seemed to have no idea what she was doing. Once we finally ordered it was an even longer wait to get our food. Once we received our food, it was incorrect. My husband got pancakes instead of the hashbrowns he ordered and our waters remained empty on the table the rest of our duration. No one ever came back to check on us. Don't even ask how long it took to get the bill........We will never come back. I wish I could...

in my most generous interpretation they were completely unprepared for a Sunday holiday trip to the midday. we had a reasonable waiting time to take a place so it was not a problem, but once we set ourselves, we waited for 15 minutes to a cup of coffee. the waitress seemed very stressed, and this could have added to the mistakes that they and the kitchen have made. When we finally got our food, everything was wrong. in our first attempt to fix it, it became clear that our waitress did not know the menu. for example, that the side of the bacon a la cart four strips not two. when we had the right things, my eggs were cold, the speck was still under, and the earthy were mush. as we waited, ther...

We came during a Sunday brunch rush. There was a 20 minute wait to be seated (which was expected). After being seated, it took the waitress 10 minutes to stop by the first time. She took our drink and food order.While we waited we noticed the table was poorly bussed. Most of the table top was clean but the back of the table near the wall and the edges of the table were very sticky.20 minutes after ordering, the waitress came by to apologize for the wait and explained there was a large group before us.
