"I had one of the most exquisite culinary experiences I've ever encountered. The cold antipasto was outstanding, featuring dried meats, mushrooms, aged cheese, and wonderfully prepared lentils, along with marinated tomatoes—everything was excellent. The sweetbreads appetizer was absolutely top-notch. My wife enjoyed the Pasta Bolognese, while I indulged in the squid ink fettuccine with seafood, which was exceptional once again. The service was attentive without being overbearing. We’ve definitely found our new favorite restaurant."

Better than most Italian places around this area. Certainly they try hard. But not as special as I had expected. The effort they put into every dish is admirable, but the results fall short.

Absolutely amazing food! One of the best Italian restaurants in the area! Cricket (our waitress when we go) is such a sweetheart and so friendly and accommodating. She alone is enough of a reason to go back but the food is superb.

Everything was perfect. The food is amazing, the ambiance and the staff makes you feel like family. We had the opportunity to have a great conversation with the owner a true gentleman. If you really appreciate good food or want to impress this is theplace View menu

Always a great dinner with the perfect atmosphere and a knowledgeable and friendly staff. We always enjoy their offerings and don't be afraid to order off the menu, they encourage you to order what you want (within reason and availability) and how you want it.. a standout restaurant in the Hudson Valley.

This is a great place to enjoy great Italian food. The menu is so great and portions are large. We ordered 2 dishes of fresh made pasta for 6 to share. Then we ordered individual plates. The fish, steak.... everyone ordered a different dish. This wasexcellent. But the two desserts were the best ever. Try them but be careful they are large. Enjoy .

One of the finest dining experiences I've ever had. Cold Antipasto: Dried meats, mushrooms, aged cheese, deliciously prepared lentils, marinated tomatoes... excellent. Then there was the sweetbreads appetizer, absolutely off the charts. My wife had pastaBolognese, and I had the Squid ink fettuccine with seafood, again, excellent. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Our newfavorite restaurant. View menu

The food was well prepared and the presentation of it was spectacular. The prices were great for the quality of food. We were treated very well by the staff and they continued to serve us through the night without having to be flagged down. Overall I'd say it's perfect for a romantic evening. Update! We decided to revisit after a few years and were met with the same charm and cuisine as last time. Ample parking, great service, amazing food. For the service and QUALITY I'd say it's worth every cent!

"DONT COME HERE IF YOUR NOT WHITE. The owners are extremely racist and they will make sure you feel uncomfortable as soon as u walk in; you just feel their eyes already judging you as u walk into the restaurant it’s the two overweight Italians specially the lady. I am a regular at this place I go there so much that the servers already know my order. The servers are very nice and friendly. I always tip them accordingly, I never have left without tipping except for today because our waitress left early so her coworker took the table and just gave us the check so of course like I’m sure any other person you wanna tip the person who actually served you but unfortunately she left for w.e reason so when we went up to pay we hit no tip on the machine and automatically the racist owner started giving us a talk about how she doesn’t know if we’ve ever went to a restaurant but it’s not the same as fast food and we have to tip.which is absolutely absurd and a crazy way to treat you guests, when you first of all don’t even know if we left cash on the table (which we sometimes do. My boyfriend actually knows the waitress we had today because it’s his cousin and was going to send her her tip through cash app to make sure she was the one who got the tip since she was the one who served us. Which I didn’t think I would need to give an explanation to anyone. Especially knowing that tipping isn’t even mandatory. She than pulls out her pen and says that we can add the tip on the receipt which I said no because our waitress left and she said it’s doesn’t matter you still have to tip it’s a group effort. At this point I don’t even want to tip at all because it’s just insane the way she is talking to us and demanding we tip which I have no problem doing because I am also a tipped employee. Personally I would never demand someone tips me and if I did I would never speak to someone so rudely like she did to us. She acted like we were caveman that have never stepped into a restaurant before knowing we go there many times a month. I bet if we were white she would never even have the courage to ask why they are hitting no tip. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!"

"tl;dr: awesome spot, reasonably-priced, delicious food, great service. wonderful neighborhood gem!we were debating btw this place and another spot, but this place ultimately won because i got drawn in by one thing and one thing only: the steak frites. the place was cozy and romantic, with a few tabled already occupied. they're currently offering an inflation buster prix-fix menu, for 1 app and 2 mains for $60 and that's what we went with. we got the following to try:-BBQ ranch chicken nachos: huge portion! juicy chicken breast strips, pico de gallo, ranch, bbq sauce, and melty cheese on crunchy tortilla chips. the pico had a nice tang to it, it wasn't your typical lime juice but i can't seem to put a finger on it. but really good! i do think it's better to cut the chicken into cubes than strips tho, for better chicken-to-nacho distribution ratio.-steak frites: comes perfectly cooked as requested (medium rare), served with bearnaise, fries, and garlic aioli. the steak was thick, meaty, and tender. the bearnaise sauce was awesome. we loved the garlic aioli and it paired well with the crispy fries. HIGHLY recommend this one!-brick chicken: seared, deboned half chicken (except the drumette, for presentation), served with baby potatoes, and mushroom/spinach in a marsala wine sauce. the chicken was nicely seared and juicy (yes, even the chicken breast), but a tad too salty for my taste. the marsala wine sauce was rich and creamy, but it does get a little heavy after a few bites.-lemon sugar crepe: light, tangy, refreshing.i also tried a cocktail but can't seem to remember the name of it for the life of me. i believe it was gin-based, with some kind of citrus. it was really tasty and well-balanced too. service was awesome, food was delicious, huge portions (we had leftovers), and just a really wonderful neighborhood gem. would love to stop in again if we're in the area!"
