"Delicious food, but there were mice on the floor. Staff did not seem surprised and blamed construction, patrons were shocked. We left earlier than intended!! Had to ask for our drinks to be covered and i was literally offered a cup with a cover to go... Was finally offered a $10 discount but definitely won't be back until they hire a better pest control company and the city of Cambridge controls the construction and mouse issue. Our meal should have been compensated. Have been in numerous restaurants in Cambridge across from construction, this was the first time there were mice inside the nearby restaurant though! Used to be my go-to for indian takeout in the area. Saag was still good, but they need a sanitation and pest control team to make that place airtight without mice before I'll be back in person, as good as the food is!"

The food was old and I had to trash it. The server was good. They shouldn’t sell old food to people. Bad quality View menu

All the entrees are very good (except saag entrees) must try entrees. Tandoori chicken was ok not bad but needs to cook more and it is very dry, The good thing js they are serving buffet in a very reasonable price

Indian Pavilion offers the finest lunch buffet in all of Cambridge. The selection is abundant, boasting a variety of dishes that are all incredibly tasty. We've dined there numerous times, and the quality has consistently been outstanding. I can't recommend it highly enough!

I brought a group of nine, including a baby, to this restaurant last week. Everyone found something appealing on the menu, and the family-style servings were ideal for sampling a variety of dishes. The samosas were absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the baby had a great time as well. View menu

Was spoiled and smelling extremely bad Not sure how they couldn?t find out when making or serving it. We had the foul smell when serving it onto our plate. Not a single sorry about this and the waiter is so weird that we were the only table in therestaurant and he was just standing in front of the table waiting for us to get done and leave even though there was 30 minsmore to closing.

Taste wise, the food was good but I fell very sick soon after having the meal. Hope hygiene standards can be improved especially after reading the reviews. I had the lunch buffet and took more of the chicken tikka masala and naan. For those with sensitive stomachs, be warned. The service was great though. Appreciated the manager (man in the polo tee). Would’ve been a 5 star review if not for the bout of sickness that came after consuming the food.

"No soup/sandwich shop compares in terms of price per quality, portion size, and different options in the area. I only started ordering from here about 2 weeks ago and I’ve now had 7 different kinds of soups and 4 different kinds of sandwiches after the first order I started ordering two soups and a sandwich aka a soup to save for later because they’re just that good, every one of them. Price is so very reasonable and depending on which combo you get you can make out with a full sized sandwich and large sized homemade soup for $14.While it’s hard to recommend one thing over another in this circumstance since it’s all been great in their own ways, the Chicken Chowder is something I plan on getting a quart of next time it’s available. The Chicken Barley and Chicken Lemon Rice are ones I plan on getting quarts of in the future as well, and that’s not to discount the Chicken Noodle, Beef and Veg Noodle Stew, French Onion, and the current seasonal Chilled Gazpacha (which I probably wouldn’t have even tried it wasn’t from these guys . It’s all top quality. The Chicken Tarragon sandwich is my favorite in terms of sandwiches although it can’t combo with a soup as of now (please let us! . The best cheap soup combo sandwich is a tossup between the Cilantro Tuna and Ciabatta Sandwich, which are both incredible in their own ways. The only few drawbacks to this place are they don’t have every soup they make every day, are only open until 4PM, and aren’t open on the weekends. That said it’s worth it to plan accordingly for this. I never review anything but this place is worth it it’s the best if you’re a soup and sandwich person like I am."
