"Iron Barley is an absolute gem of an eating establishment in the Jefferson County area. When I have friends/family in from out of town, this is where I take them. Scratch made everything, excellent micro-beer selection, all at fair prices. Their events, many of which proceeds go to various charities- are incredible. I sincerely hope they stay here in High Ridge."

Don't go for prime rib might be good but was there before 5pm cocktails bottle wine go to order and sold out what few went carryout. Went to sams steak house very good. Stay in high ridge tom.

JUST MOVED HERE A YEAR AGO. FOUND IRON BARLEY. AND WE LOVE IT. THE 50/50 BURGER WITH A FRIED EGG ON TOP IS MY FAVORITE. EVERYTHING WE HAVE TRIED HAS BEEN GREAT. SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEE FANTASTIC. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE IRON BARLEY.
