"Great place to experience Micronesia culture, dance, and music. Reasonably priced and with a 15% military discount, even better. All the lobster tails, shrimp, mussels, chicken and short ribs you could eat plus salad bar, fruit, soup and deserts. Short ribs a bit tough and fatty, but the rest of the meal well worth it. More expensive and bigger options on the beach, but this show at the Hilton more than exceeded my expectations and the food and service as well. Don’t spend $30-40 pp more elsewhere."

The restaurant was cold and I did not really enjoy the food. We had to leave the restaurant a little earlier than expected due to the AC was cold and making us shiver and not able to enjoy the food. But our server was really attentive. View menu

We noticed the price of the buffet went up to $60.00 but only extra food that was added was the crab legs and mussels. Breakfast bar was moved from outside taking over half of the items that used to be. Do the price went up with less choices. Updating your menu would probably as help with further bookings since the same items have been offered for the past four years.

Granted it was a Saturday and surprisingly it wasn't busy at all, but the ambiance and the overall selection of food was better than I thought it would be. The seafood was cooked well and the options for food were pretty decent. I went back for thirds and fourths for certain foods thats for sure. Overall I expected it to be kinda lackluster mostly because I've eaten there in past years and this is my first time eating there in quite some time. Will definitely be back.
