"The food here is not only delicious, but the hospitality from the staff and chef is incredibly sincere. Even the other diners, who were complete strangers, exchanged warm wishes for a "great day" and encouraged each other to "enjoy yourself." The tables are closely arranged, and patrons readily shared their favorite dishes while we tried to narrow down our own choices. You can really feel the love that’s put into the small kitchen; it shines through in every dish they serve. If you’re fortunate, MacArthur might be your server—his infectious joy will definitely enhance your experience. He even convinced us to try the Kool Aid! Unable to choose between the Red and Purple flavors, we decided to go for the Mix."

What a wonderful meal and the nicest people imaginable! The cheesesteak was the best I've ever had, and we're heading back next week to try the wings and cheesecake. Thanks for making our day!

The Soul Rolls are definitely worth eating here! They have different flavors to choose from. Cheesesteaks are legit and probably the best I’ve ever had! Many different ones. Highly recommend trying this place out.

The Philly steak sandwiches alone are savory, satisfying and the best in Augusta. Pair that with exceptional service and energetic charisma, we definitely received a positive overall dining experience. We will be going back! Such a great find and you’ll be missing out if you don’t try it at least once. Thank you!

This is now my favorite place! The staff is incredible, especially Anthony—make sure to meet him when you visit. The Philly rolls are outstanding, and the homemade ranch for dipping is absolutely delicious. They even have Kool-Aid! The atmosphere is really nice and cozy. I was so full that I didn’t get to try the cheesecake, but I wish I could have squeezed in another bite. As Arnold would say, "I'll be back!"

My friend and I were chatting about Philly cheesesteaks, and he insisted that if I liked them, I had to try this place. So we went, and I have to say, it’s the best Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had! The service matched the quality of the food; everyone was incredibly friendly and treated us like family. I would definitely recommend Jackie M's to anyone, even if it requires a bit of a drive—it's absolutely worth it!

"Hands down the best food I've had in Augusta. In Augusta for work, and have been trying out various restaurants with the work crew. This place I is the first that had me saying I'm coming back. EVERYTHING was good! Seating is limited and there was a short (10min) then from there it's either buffet style or takeout option. We dined in, which gave me a chance to sample EVERYTHING. I started with the salmon in lemon sauce. Not overcooked and just delicious. This was my favorite. Seconds were had. Next up was the fried pork loin. Probably my least favorite protein but still good. I'm not much of a pork person and still enjoyed. Then the barbeque chicken. This..was..good. seasoned to the bone. For sides, there was some corn and lima beans and plain rice. After this, we had the beef gumbo. The gumbo truth be told was more a soup. For me gumbo needs to be a little thicker...heartier. Whatever you want to call it delicious. The beef was seasoned well, tender and the broth flavoured with okras. There was also a salad bar, and I just had a fresh salad. Typical salad toppings with some.black olives and jalapenos to spice it up a little. Not sure about the dressing, I did without. Then everything was topped off with the peach cobbler. I enjoyed this as well, probably because it was not overly sweet. But I know people are passionate about their cobbler, so opinions will very. All in all, I'm definitely going back and look forward to different daily dishes. We were told when leaving tomorrow (Friday) is fried chicken day."

"My significant other and I went to Augusta to celebrate our 5-year anniversary and asked friends in the area for recommendations. This was one of the top recommended restaurants and we were NOT disappointed. First off, we’re from Atlanta, so we’re used to really nice fine dining experiences. The food was absolutely incredible. We had steaks and the shrimp and grits as well as 2 appetizers and a side of Mac and cheese. We also had several cocktails that were creative and delicious! I’m writing this review in late December when we went the first week in November solely because it’s been on my mind to leave this review for Victoria, our incredible waitress. I know sometimes reviews can mean a lot to an owner (so I’m really hoping you see this! and I think this woman deserves some sort of raise or bonus because she’s the best waitress I’ve had in years. She made our whole dining experience. Without her, it would’ve been great food and drinks, but she made the entire experience absolutely wonderful. We were a very late reservation, so by the end of our meal the restaurant closed. Yet she still came out with a chocolate dessert and creme brûlée on a tray, said it was on her and thanked us for spending our evening with them. She said to take as long as we wanted and that just meant so much to us. So thank you Victoria. We hope our paths cross again, you’re incredible "
