Service could have been a bit faster/efficient, but it was definitely worth the train from the intermediate stage for ice and milkshake

Once we arrived, we were treated to excellent country cuisine at a reasonable price. We opted for the menu and enjoyed watching our friend Jack savor his meal once again.

The service can be a bit slow, but the food is always fresh and they prioritize customer satisfaction. The cleanliness could be improved, but it's clear that there are dedicated employees working hard.

The chicken and bacon burgers, along with the fries, are absolutely fantastic when served hot! I should mention that if you ask for standard condiments like mustard, mayonnaise, or salt, you can expect to receive them without any issues, unlike at some other places.

I believe Jack’s needs to stop their deceptive practices with the drive-thru timing. It seems their main focus is on getting cars through the window quickly to boost their timing stats. Unfortunately, this often results in customers being asked to pull up and wait, which skews the actual wait times. Why does this matter? Because the service inside suffers as a result, with the drive-thru always taking precedence. On the bright side, the food is excellent: 5 out of 5.

I went through the drive-thru around 3 PM on a Friday. The girl taking my order messed it up initially; she repeated back 'Loaded Cheesy Bacon Fries' instead of my request for a small cheeseburger without ketchup and a small fry, plus the strawberry-cream fried pie. After correcting her, she forgot to include the fried pie when she repeated my order again, so I had to point that out too. I was patient and polite throughout. When I got to the window, my bag was already there, and I paid without checking it, as I was traveling and typically don’t inspect fast food orders right away.
