Ribs and beef brisket were dry as hell with no seasoning. Had to drown everything in sauce to make it edible. Fried pickles, okra and onion rings were also not seasoned at all. If the locals think this is a 4-5 star BBQ joint then I have some cardboard and an old leather shoe that you’ll love.
