"This restaurant puts all other sandwich/deli places to shame. During a Thanksgiving vacation, we found ourselves in a very rural area of Tennessee with only a national chain competitor, Jersey Mike's, nearby. The meat was slimy, the cheese was overwhelming, and the bread lacked the desired texture. Thankfully, I only ordered a 6-inch sandwich because I doubt I could have even finished a whole one. Jersey Mike's is hands down the best submarine sandwich shop in the world. No other sandwich I've tried comes close in terms of taste, quality, and texture. Give me a giant #9, Mike's way any day."

Placed an order online for my employees. 14 sandwiches. Picked up and got back to my shop. Missing 3 sandwiches. Called up and was told sandwiches were made. Picked them up and was given cookies and brownies to soften the blow. Returned to the shop to feed my guys who missed out on normal lunch time. Sat down to eat my sandwich and it wasn’t correct. Didn’t feel like making a 3rd trip. Very disappointed and I was the guy who footed the 138 bill….
