"Jimmy John's is our favorite place, but it's unfortunate that they close at 5 PM. We usually plan our visits accordingly because my 6-year-old loves JJ's. The other day, we hurried to the restaurant to arrive before closing, hoping to grab some subs and head to the beach. I got there at 4:45 PM only to find two employees cleaning up and telling me they were closed. I pointed out that it wasn't 5 PM yet, but they explained that the delivery driver needed to leave early, so they were shutting down. It didn't seem fair; they could have stayed open for customers who were already there. I felt frustrated, especially having to tell my son that we could no longer get his favorite dinner. I mentioned their hours were inconvenient, and one of the employees suggested I could speak to someone higher up if I wanted them to stay open longer. I understand that many places are short-staffed, but I thought they could have managed to keep the door open for just 15 more minutes. Afterward, we went to Jersey Mike's, where the staff was friendly and welcoming. My son ended up enjoying his meal there after being upset about missing his Jimmy John’s. I guess we’ll be going to Jersey Mike's from now on."

I always stop by Gargantuan whenever I'm in the area or at the hospital, and it never disappoints! The service is excellent, and the food is consistently the best. The fudge and cookies taste like they come from a top-notch bakery—absolutely fresh and award-winning quality!

They also informed me that their delivery fees were going to increase. If they don't want me as a customer anymore, they should just say so!
