We've tried several breakfast places since we've bought our beach house. None of them even compare to Johnny Ds. Food, service and hospitality are top notch

Johnny D's serves the best waffles we've ever tasted. The staff is wonderful, and Johnny D personally came to our table to chat with my family. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Nice change for breakfast,as a local we get tired of the same ole pancake or waffle house...not here !! Food was fantastic,drinks were a delivery ...and our waitress was a mind reader ,she what we wanted before we did..Crystal you were great!! Can't wait to come back.

I ordered the Brisket Burger, and it was absolutely amazing—so delicious! I also had the Pommes topped with cheese and bacon as my side. Our waitress, Crystel C., was incredibly sweet and ensured our kids were happy with their meals! Everything was made from scratch, and they have a huge menu to choose from!

It was my first time to eat at Johnny D's and I visited the North Myrtle Beach site. It will be my go-to-spot and recommendation for every visit! The service, especially Shannon Spence, was fantastic. I was in a hurry and they served me fast and it was absolutely the best omelet I've ever eaten. Cudos to all of you! Wow! The crab and shrimp omelette was incredible! It was rich and creamy, loaded with fresh seafood, yet with just a hint of an old-fashioned flavor. And the waffles? Oh my goodness, they were the perfect blend of breakfast and dessert, absolutely delicious! The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially our waitress Paula B. She was attentive and made us feel like part of the family! We will definitely be returning for more!

I am a lot bias because my wife and have been patrons of Johnny D’s since we moved down here 3 years ago. The new second location is very intimate and very welcoming. The menu has some new items. Chef Jamie has ensured the same quality and efficiency in the kitchen. Johnny is there and greeting his guest and asking is everything is to there liking. The staff is all new but have been trained to the same high standard that Johnny’s is know for and Mike will correct any that may go wrong. This is a place you must visit when you are in Myrtle Beach. Congratulations on your new location you are doing it right.

On vacation last year, we tried Johnny D’s in Myrtle Beach after searching for highly-rated breakfast restaurants and we were not disappointed. We loved it! How thrilled were we when we saw that they were opening another location in North Myrtle Beach near Barefoot Resorts (where we stay)? We arrived in North Myrtle yesterday afternoon and breakfast on day one of vacation was none other than the new Johnny D’s! The new location is bright, spacious, modern, and clean and the service and food are both outstanding.
