"I am thankful for the existence of JT Express! My kids were craving Kona Ice, but the trucks at their school were always too crowded. I thought about taking them to the crepe shop in Japantown for some shaved ice, but sadly it seems like they didn't survive the pandemic. After a quick search, I discovered that JT, located down the block, offers shaved ice. I spoke to the helpful employee there (apologies for not getting his name) who mentioned that they had acquired some machines from the crepe shop. Not only were they half the price of Kona Ice, but they also served double the amount. I hope JT Express remains in business because they are definitely worth a visit and a repeat visit."

I come here regularly for the macapuno ice cream (young coconut). Their lavender, peach and mango flavors are also awesome! I've also had and would recommend their sushi burritos and their mochi.

My favorite restaurant in Japantown! I love their sushi burritos, especially the Summer filling. The butter mochi is yummy and they have a variety of flavors on rotation. They have a solid and diverse menu, lots to choose from.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian sushi burrito has a great combination of fillings (not just basic cucumber) and has gotten great reviews from my vegetarian friend.
