"My experience here was so excruciating, let me tell you when I thought things couldn't get any worse. I sat to enjoy my beer and ignore the fact the waitress took so long to bring me my first beer. As I kept asking her to bring my beer she intensely gave me bad attitude. As if I was bothering her for something that was mine. . . I understand things can be so stressful in a environment like that but no one should feel wrong for asking for anything as a customer . Again I tried to ignore that matter, and enjoy my time there. But something about the waitresses kept telling me that they don't care. They were so uptight, so angry and so bothered and brought us and other people the wrong drinks. let me get to the point. Flies were swarming in the establishment and started attacking us and our food. So gracefully and peacefully I asked If we can have it shut . And all we got was well ask the manager sure enough the manager said no. The food I bought had to be thrown away and the manager ruby didn't satisfy us at all by bringing me a new plate. And making matters better because i am a customer and i wanted to enjoy my meal and maybe get treated as a customer but was not. Cause it was interrupting her time or whatever she had going on. She said she doesn't mind excluding it from the bill. But to me I felt very disrespected.. I have money and would of paid for my bill. And wanted to pay for my bill . I asked for names but they ignored us and my family and got treated very poorly."

I ordered takeout for the first time, and it was a complete disaster. Whoever prepared my order forgot to include the 20-piece boneless chicken, the mac and cheese, and the seasoned fries. How could they possibly miss all of that? I'm really not impressed.

It sucks because i love the wings(when they’re not burnt) but every waitress has terrible service. always bothered or seeming inconvenienced, i never tip bc of how trash the service is. there’s only one waitress that does her job right and she gets tipped everytime.

Really good wings at this spot. They make all their own sauces. They have a great dining area that 's wide open with 10 or more huge screen t.v. 's. It would be a fantastic place to watch games or a pay per view event. The bartender told us they order many of the fights. View menu

We were looking forward to eating here but our experience was poor. Waitress who helped us (a light skin, short, female, chubby) had poor service, looked annoyed and inconvenienced. She took our drink order and came back 20 mins later to see how everything was . We told her we hadnt order food yet. There was probably 30 or less customers with four waitresses and a greeter working, so I dont think staffing was an issue. Our food was extremely delayed (30 min wait). Wings were dry. Wont be coming back.

My family visited for the first time ever this week- 1/12/23- and we are LESS than impressed, and I totally feel like I wasted 70 of my hard earned ! We tried 5 wing flavors, of which weren’t very flavorful or satisfying (the lemon pepper, honey bourbon, and teriyaki flavors were weak…the Cajun basic hot wing flavors were ok , the waffle fries were a total bust very dry (my family of 3 ended up eating 3-4 fries each before we totally gave up on them; my son ate 1 and wld NOT eat more-and I purchased 2 large containers sadly
