"Hello Kenootz owners! You were the husband-and-wife pizza team at the Ray and Joan Kroc Center's children's movie event in the park last night, Friday, August 23, 2024. As a partnered affiliate with the Kroc Center and someone who has attended many of these events, I understand that mistakes can happen, and my goal is to have them addressed promptly. I purchased what was advertised as a $25.00 pepperoni pizza, which resulted in a transaction of $25.63 at 8:12 p.m. However, this morning, I noticed a pending transaction of $32.04 that I did not authorize and was not informed of at the time of purchase. I would greatly appreciate it if you could correct this error by refunding the difference. My Visa card ends in 3058. Thank you, and take care!"

One of the lady’s their needs some more education, she can’t hear very well at to repeat myself six times and had to spell things for her whoever is the cashier in the afternoon on Fridays I tried multiple times so I went to a different pizza place but I love this pizza place

Please do not order their chicken wings, very disappointed and disgusted by the food and their service, a rude man answered the phone claimed to be a manger did not want to refund our hard earned money, mind you chicken wings aren't cheap now a days. I came to this place for years but just by them not wanting to refund i recommend you not try this unprofessional place out.
