However, there have been one or two occasions when the chicken was a bit dry. It’s amusing that it’s called King Roasted Chicken, as I wouldn’t say the chicken is the standout item on the menu. Just a bad experience. Ordered mixed platter online and the driver had to wait there an hour. The food was over cooked and dry. I wont order here again.

This is honestly the worst version of a patacón or even an arepa I've ever had. I suggest removing these items from your menu. You've completely failed to replicate the quality of those found in NYC.
