"I wished I were hungrier during my visit. I love burgers and wanted to try theirs but only had room for the pork tenderloin. The batter is light and flavorful. I wished the tenderloin would’ve been thicker. The sandwich is very competitively priced so I wouldn’t mind paying more for thicker tenderloin. Otherwise, I enjoyed everything else about the sandwich. I found the sauce to be a nice complement, just a little kick. The service was top notch, the food was terrific! The place is very small and congested, but there is a nice outdoor dining patio. Parking is very limited. I will definitely go back though for the food and polite service. View menu

Cash only. Small area inside, standing room for six or so people to wait. Allow 10 minutes for the tenderloin sandwich. Outdoor covered area on the side has an overhead fan and had a nice breeze. Sandwich was crispy, coke ice cold. I visited after seeing it on a recent NY Times list, as did another person I met there. Kitty’s was out of pork tenderloin at 2:30. Expect this will be a common occurrence with traffic from the article exposure.

Cash only. Freshly fried, hot and crispy pork tenderloin sandwiches are the specialty at Kitty's. If you've never had these, imagine either a Wiener Schnitzel or a Japanese Tonkatsu style thinly prepped pork, but fried like fish and chips. These are fried to order, expect 25—30 minute wait after ordering. The sauce has a bit of spicy kick to it, which goes well with the sandwich. This place is a long-time local favorite, so prepare to wait in line.
