"Almost half the menu is vegan which is great. Spring rolls are delicious as are the potstickers. All 3 rolls we tried were delicious, but volcano was the best. Also tried the fried vegan cheesecake, not super sweet and a delicious treat. We will be returning with friends! We had the vegan teriyaki chicken, the vegan volcano roll and the vegan veggie lovers roll and it was all good. You should give them a try. You can see the vegan menu online.

This restaurant offers a vegan menu with a variety of options, including sushi entrees. They have a special for a Vegan Poke Bowl and also serve homemade vegan fried cheesecake bites. It's a great place to dine with non-vegan friends.

It is such a great spot for not only authentic Japanese food, but vegan substitutes. In fact, they actually have a whole menu separately for such options and they just as good as the original items. Highly recommend the sushi and katsu rice dishes.

My partner and I moved to the area a little under 2 months ago and have been here 3 times already. They have a completely separate vegan menu and everything we’ve tried has been phenomenal!!! We always have such a great experience between the delicious food, attentive and friendly servers and warm atmosphere.

Authentic Japanese cuisine, top grade sashimi and the shrimp and vegetable tempura is the best I?ve ever tasted. Everything was fresh and the owner was wonderful, the staff took very good care of us. The plum wine so fragrant and delicious, the sake was very good too. I highly recommend Kotobuki Japanese Restaurant!
