"Randomly choose this place in K-town but it was like finding a needle in a haystack. What a gem! The food is very, very delicious. Probably the best Korean food I have ever had. There was so much flavour in each dish. The service is lacking and you can literally see the servers running between the tables and the kitchen. They could definitely use more people on the floor. The worse thing about this place is that they rush you out and start taking dishes off your table before you are done otherwise I would have given them a five star rating."

Food is okay. Something's are a hit or miss. I'm not really picky. Portions are a bit small for $20+ (large). Kimchee pancake was doughy but crunchy on the...

It was soooo good!! The best Kimchi Jigae Ive ever had in NY. Pork was fresh and Jigae was flavorful. I highly recommend Naeng Myun for Koreans as well. Just so good !!

Prices are a little high for the portions, but the LA Galbi side was tasty and the beef was really tender. One of the better galbis Ive had in New York. Soon Doo Boo Jigae was disappointing though. Basically no seafood present and taste was mediocre.

Got the LA-galbi with spicy sundubu-jjigae. As always, it was absolutely delicious. It also came with a nice portion of rice and banchan. The banchan wasnt to my taste, but Ive enjoyed other types of banchan before from them in the past. The food arrived decently warm. I reheated it since i prefer my food piping hot. All in all, a wonderful dinner. View menu

Authentic Korean food and an all authentic Korean experience when you eat there! Be prepared to wait in the street and even standing on the stairs at the restaurant if you go during actual dinner time... But trust me that's a sign of a truly spectacular meal that awaits you! The spice levels are perfect so don't dial down when you order... Also must try the hot pots!

We ordered two dishes but received only one set of utensils, perhaps due to Dduckboki being listed as an appetizer.. I was disappointed that my Dduckboki did not have the egg mentioned in the menu description. And for Sam Ge Tang, although the cornish hen is already stuffed with sweet rice, many restaurants in West Coast typically still include a regular rice bowl as a side. It would have been helpful if the menu either recommended rice as a side or explicitly stated that a rice bowl wasnt included with the dish.

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
