I’ll tell you what if you want a Mexican enchilada seafood enchilada they are the best they got the best here and they go on sale every Sunday but during the week they cost a little more but on I think it’s the weekend they put those up the whole weekend, but they are really, really good. Our favorite Mexican restaurant in the Leavenworth/Lansing area! They offer a wide variety of kids' meal options (although my granddaughter wishes they would add beef enchiladas), plenty of plant-based choices, and a daily special that my husband loves.

"My taste bubbles were absolutely thrilled on Friday night. We discovered All Slabbed Up in Leavenworth Kansas. The place doesn't look like that. 60's style diner seats mixed with high tables and chairs that seem in the need of painting. These are mini-dollar bills that are clamped to the walls. There is also a medium deck for outdoor dining. The menu is simple with country and Western sounding names like The Duke, Silverado, Campfire diders and tumble weed darts. The menu has the usual sandwiches, ribs, brisket and the famous KS burners. The serve soft drinks and boulevard Ale. it is a local favorite brewed in KC. We had the Silverado with Campfire taters. What came out was a plastic basket full of french french fryers with grilled onions and a pulled pork sandwich with non-creamy cole-blue and a bungalow that hardly covered a full third pound of meat and cabbage. The last time I had something my uncle had smoked and spiced it with his secret sauce. I think Bourbon is involved. I was in love. The pig was smoked, tender and only a little brownish The Cole Slav was still crunchy. There were two sauces. One was mild, not too sweet, and the other had a kick. But be ready to blow the heat on you, so you have your drink nearby. Just be a note on the bar Queen Sauce, sometimes Kansas City style sauce can get too sweet, depending on how much brown sugar or molasses is added. All in all, they get 10. I'm back. Next time we get the Duke."
