"Bientôt une petite étoile? C'est que nous souhaitons au talentueux chef du Plaisir des Sens, son épouse et leur équipe.Le cadre est agréable, le service, professionnel sans être guindé est agréable également. La maitresse de maison est tres attentionnée et son accueil apporte une dimension personnelle tres appreciable a notre visite. Mais surtout, le plaisir est bien au rendez-vous dans les assiettes. Nous nous sommes régalés, en entrée, du ceviche de dorade grise (audacieusement accompagné d'un sorbet betterave) et du melon au jambon revisité avec finesse (mention spéciale pour ce jambon produit localement, on dirait du pata negra). Puis en plat, le tournedos de canard était a tomber, avec sa fine enveloppe de pate croustillante et ses petits legumes croquants. La poulette a régalé mon mari et mes enfants (mention spéciale pour la production locale, a nouveau). Enfin, coté dessert, la pastilla chocolat est une regal, parfait équilibre de croustillant et fondant, parfait mariage du chocolat et des délicats fruits secs. La tarte framboise pistache également délicieuse.Pour pinailler on pourrait dire que l'amuse-bouche était un cran en-dessous, les parfums du gaspacho étouffaient le sorbet pomme, mais ce n'est qu'un tout petit detail de rien du tout.Quant aux mignardises, delicieuses, nous n'en avons rien laissé!Merci et bravo pour cette belle soirée!"

"A very original café, tea room, a rare and precious pearl in this country house. A very friendly female team welcomes you with a smile in its pretty vaulted premises. The north side terrace under the arcades with its little fresh breeze is a very pleasant place during the heat of summer. The small garden in the interior courtyard is a haven of peace where sun and shade coexist. The two large dining rooms inside with their tables, chairs, old armchairs or sofas are very cozy. There is even an extensive library where you can borrow books, trade them or buy them. The drinks menu (the different coffees are excellent! and the range of pastries and ice creams transport you to another world. British customers and other nationalities, tourists or permanent residents in our country seem to come to recharge their batteries here. The furnishings are certainly odds and ends, but put together with good taste. And what about the pretty smile of the young boss? "easy access, several parking spaces, a high-end reception, a gigantic and superb bathroom, a large and beautiful bathroom, separate toilets, large windows illuminating the room, beautiful closets, a giant and super comfortable bed, and nothing lacking: air conditioning, kettle (requested), safe, hair dryer, etc. brief, the great luxury, except at the level of the noise: not opening the traffic would be idem about the food part, the dinner: superior service, gourmet dishes, but still expensive (34 € pulp-dessert), during our stay in dordogne, we ate as well or better, for less expensive and in a much quieter setting, breakfast: we would have loved several kinds of bread (there was only ordinary bread and a larger reassort of pastries, too soon it was too soon! But otherwise all the hotel staff was super nice, smiling, it's really the highlight of this hotel."
