"We tried this evening your new pizzeria and we are a little disappointed because the dough was too thick on the edges and there is a bit of filling on the whole pizza. On the other hand, the basic products are excellent so maybe to review your cooking plate system (they are too high on the edges which makes a filling on the pizza) normally the plates should be flat, which will also make you demouling in the cardboard box. Another small advice, make available the peppered oil in a glass or in a small basket, instead of asking each customer if he wishes because the accusers know.
