The unfriendly hostesses made for an unwelcoming start to what I had been looking forward to. The service was extremely slow, and the food was average considering the price.

if they are in new york city downtown and are looking for good Italian food, don't look further than eataly! I recommend going to this place at least once, super tasty and delicious food. the prices were quite affordable for the situation and the service was absolutely spectacular! when I return to nyc, I am sure back.

we loved this place! great food and service. we had such a nice and friendly server. we have a pasta filled with spinat and ricotta cheese with a lemon butter sauce that was some of the best pasta I ever had. we actually went there 2 days in order to lunch because we loved it so much! we then went around the market and one of the managers was extremely helpful and went around and told us what he thought was a buy to bring alabama home. great place to get something else to home. The experience was lack-luster. We had to wait over 10 minutes for the waiter to take our order and he didn’t arrive at the table welcoming us. It was straight to ordering. We decided not to order our bottle of wine because of our waiting experience and we wanted to eat and leave. The pasta was pretty good and arrived shortly after ordering. We were very disappointed in the experience and it’s a shame because we were excited to eat here based on the past reviews and the views of downtown.
