Level 9 Rooftop Lounge

I absolutely love this place! The drinks, service, and food were all fantastic! It's the perfect spot for a date night, a girls' night out, or just hanging out with friends!

Kicked out our group of active duty military personnel and confiscated all of our drinks after incorrectly accusing two of our group members of being underaged. Would not recommend this establishment.

Lovely bar within beautiful San Diego! The views are great and quality/range of drinks are what you would expect with such as place. The fire pits are very cool! There is also a small indoor section with sliding door if it every rained ; View menu

I like this rooftop bar its quaint with a comfortable seating around a fireplace. They have happy hour Monday thru Friday. I had a glass of wine with friends. The service at the bar can get backed up but the staff did their best. I tried the flat bread which were just okay. I recommend a visit here.

Awesome Rooftop bar with good food, great drinks and amazing views. The staff was very friendly and the service was good. However, the star of the show at Level 9 is the view. It is beautifully situated in downtown San Diego, and on a nice night there is nothing better than sitting outside and taking in the city.

I don’t know what was going on but it wasn’t right. The female bartender was crying in a corner. The manger was consoling her while keeping patrons happy. The patrons were some business trip chanting weird stuff. She stormed off to the lady’s room. It was creepy yet the crowd just wanted drinks. Head on into Hotel Indigo and go straight to take the elevator to the 9th floor. 1 bar and different seating with high tops or a fire pit. The speaker system isnt the best But $22 total for 2 IPAs and a good view on a Friday night after dinner! Maybenot the first place on our stop but I think it's way cheaper to pregame or chill here first before you go out to gaslamp! Viewsof the ballpark, library, can't go wrong!

We have been there twice in the past but this recent visit was very disappointing. The food and drinks were terrible--fries were cold and hard, ahi tacos smelled fishy, and the worst part...the cocktails were expensive and came in very small glasses, the champagne glass was only filled half way and the beer wasn't topped off. Would have given them only 1 or 2 stars if it wasn't for the amazing view. Don't plan on coming back

If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst experience of my life. I went here an evening with 7 of my friends, the youngest group was 27. The majority of the group was also military. 5 people in our group got drinks without being carded. I just have a water. The other two, one of which was a military, were denied service because the staff at the bar were sworn their driving licences were fake what they were not. The sailor refused service also showed her active military ID, which also proves her birth date, as well as some other information. The employees did not take care of the service.
