"Got there at 8:40pm, and a employee was already cleaning dine in area, there were two cashiers both without hair up, in a restaurant they are supposed to wear a hair net for a cleanliness and safety standard, the one with black hair kept passing herfingers thru her hair, they didn?t prepare my food so I was ok with that. But I noticed the girl cooking was not wearing a hairnet either, and her updo was kind of loosely. People kept coming mostly to pickup orders, and one of the cashiers make thecomment that they were stepping on the clean floor, and the one cleaning asked about the time, they said it was almost closingtime, I felt not welcome at that time, I used to work at fast food, and we started cleaning after closing. I am definitely notcoming back to this restaurant."

The worst L&L i?ve ever been too. Terrible food quality like they leave ingredients sitting out for days. it?s soggy and usually a total absence of vegetables in the bowls that are supposed to be there. I never write bad reviews but this place is alwaysmessing up. Hope this place goes under new management and in the meantime don?t bother going here for a meal.

After waiting 20 minutes to pick up my order, I was disheartened to find that the food was cold, the portions were small, and it wasn't packaged in the usual way. I was very disappointed to spend $72 on the family pack only to receive it cold. The spam musubi tasted as if it had never been cooked. I'm not sure what went wrong today, but I definitely won't be coming back to this location.

I really enjoyed the Kalau pork during my first visit; it was fantastic. However, three years later, when I tried the same dish again, I was let down. It was bland and tasted cheap, with an excess of grease—definitely not what it used to be. I also ordered the chicken bowl and the beef bowl, but the beef was mostly gristle.
