"Lo Nuestro Dominican Restaurant is a relatively new spot in the area, so I decided to give it a try. While many customers seem to enjoy the food, I found it to be just average—nothing particularly outstanding. One downside was that they forgot to include the beans with my rice, which was disappointing. I ordered two pastelitos: one with chicken and one with beef and cheese. The chicken had a nice flavor, but there was too much cheese for my taste. If you love cheese, you might appreciate it, but I prefer a more balanced flavor profile. Additionally, they ran out of sauce, so I couldn't fully enjoy my meal. Overall, I'm not sure I'll be returning anytime soon."

The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is wonderful. The staff who serve us every time we visit are incredibly friendly. There are also some amazing dishes not listed on the menu, such as the garlic shrimp, peas and rice, stewed chicken, and baked chicken. Enjoy your meal!

I was concerned that moving away from NYC would make it difficult to find authentic Dominican food, but this place surpassed my expectations in both authenticity and flavor. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for genuine Dominican cuisine. The Cuban sandwich and mofongo are absolutely amazing.
