"We were seated in the bar area, and unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. We arrived around 4:30 PM, and our server frequently disappeared between the bar and the main restaurant, barely checking on us while focusing on preparing drinks. We were the only guests in that section, aside from a family that arrived about 15 minutes after us. We had to request refills despite our cups being empty for at least five minutes. Additionally, the rolls were only lukewarm, and the waffle fries were overcooked, hard, and rather bland."

Waited for a doordash order for 45 mins here. Had to cancel the order due to it being 5 minutes past delivery and they still didn't know when it was going to be ready. I'll never accept another order here ever. Dashers beware.

It was funny we chose it as a last resort because of previous visits by our customer who said service was slow at lunch we had 8 and were finished plenty of time to not be late for returning to work after lunch our server was phenomenal

Took 2 tries to still get the wrong cook on my steak. There were six of us. All ordered steaks except one he just wanted a burger. Of the five that ordered steaks, one ordered well done three including my spouse ordered medium well and I ordered medium rare. My spouses came out well done, mine came out very well done, it was charred. Food was not very good, didn't even bother with a doggie bag. The wife's steak was pretty good but my meal wasn't great, the slaw tastes like tartar sauce, sweet potato was more like a Christmas dessert but still managed to be gross, and the steak was tough. Spent an hour and a half from start to finish just trying to get a couple steaks and most of that was spent waiting on the server when we were damn near the only ones in the restaurant.
