"We enjoyed the atmosphere for our party of eight, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We had a reservation at 8 PM, but after speaking with the manager and hostesses, we were told there is a glitch in the system that causes reservations to be overlooked. Instead of honoring our reservation, they placed us at the bottom of the waitlist, and we weren’t seated until an hour later. There was no offer of compensation, and it felt like they genuinely didn’t care. We considered leaving, but since we were heading to a concert and the Stockyards were bustling, we stayed. This could have easily been a five-star experience if the manager had prioritized his guests. Overall, we were let down by the poor customer service."

Beautiful view as we ate our dinner and drank our margaritas. The Frogarita was very well made. The chips and hot sauce we're good and the service excellent. Looking forward to trying out their Sunday brunch soon.
