"Unfortunately, The Lost Cajun was not as I expected. We started off with the Gator Bites fried pickles no complaints there. We ordered the Jambalaya, blackened fish stirfry, small seafood boil. (Not the season for crawfish so those aren’t available) the rice had very little flavor but the fish crab were very flavorful so it hardly balanced it out. The seafood boil was cold and because of that the shrimp was hard to peel. We had the beignet and it was delicious!!our server was really nice thats what made me change this review to 4 stars."

Why wasn't there a line out the door? Awesome food and pretty reasonable. Our server was great.

We tried the Lost Cajun for the first time last night. Great food. I had the catfish, it was great. We all enjoyed the place and great staff. Will come back again.

Really tasty shrimp boil— plenty of shrimp and big sausages, would recommend. Crab cakes were meh, and service was a touch slow and inattentive(I think the server was new). Cool atmosphere and tasty shrimp boil...I’d go back for these things! View menu

I have the fried seafood plate, so I can't say how the traditional Cajun dishes were, but my was good, especially the hush puppies. Our server was very friendly and funny. Only a disadvantage of the bench was after all the food, if I had tried to lean back!

We really liked this place and will definitely go again. Very good service and food. Alligator Bites were ok not heaps of flavor, but I suppose that depends on the amount of seasoning in the breading. Dipping sauce was yummy. We each had a sandwich and fries. Everything was good!

Disappointed with our visit on 10/28/21. The shrimp and fried oysters were over cooked. The Cajun chicken spicey Alfredo was just chicken Alfredo, tasty, but no bite. The crab cake was tasty but covered in grease and under cooked. The cook was clearly having a poor evening. The waitress however worked hard and was doing a great job. We have been here before, but that visit was far better. Clearly the weak link this night was the cook. View menu

I liked the food..a little strong on the cinnamon element. Alligator was nice. Poboys IMO needed remoulade. GREAT STAFF CLEAN PLACE. But it took 3 weeks for them to pull the money out of my acciunt which was strange. I figured it has to due with limited staffing and someone who forgot to settle cc receipts at then end of a few days..lol. otherwise a good experience. Ill come back for sure. The lobster bisque looked great ill try that when i return.
