"If you blink, you might miss it. Luigis is a hidden gem located right next to Axelrod. While it has its own entrance from the street, you can also access it through the outdoor seating area of the bar next door. I ordered my drink, walked through the hammocks, placed our pizza order, and by the time we settled down, I received a notification that our pizza was ready! It is as good as any Chicago deep dish or New York slice—Luigis truly gets it right. I usually have to request a side of marinara sauce to enhance my pizza experience, but they strike a perfect balance between toppings and sauce with a slightly crispy crust. I paired my meal with one of the microbrews and was thoroughly satisfied. I highly recommend trying the local offerings and adding Luigis to your must-visit list. P.S. The gelato flavors could use a bit more variety, but what they had was still delicious and generous for the price."

Great service, helpful staff. Inside, outside dining. Spaghetti would have been great but the sauce portion was so small the Spaghetti was too dry to eat. Meatballs were tender and good. If you like your salad mostly lettuce core and spinach leaf then you'll enjoy that but prefer regular lettuce. If I return I will try a slice instead.

I highly recommend the breadsticks—they're perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside! I tried a margherita slice topped with fresh basil, and the crust was outstanding; you can even smell it from the parking lot. The pepperoni was excellent as well, not greasy at all, and the cheese-to-sauce ratio was just right. Unfortunately, the gelato was only average. Overall, it’s a relaxed pizzeria. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer real plates and tables with chairs outside instead of picnic tables.

If they had a place closer to Spring, I assured you I would be a daily occurrence. Pizza not glazed but filled with sauce, the margherita pizza is top of the line. Not to mention the lasagna, flavors were mixed and bold. I especially liked how I didn’t get reflux as tomatoes usually give me that. But their drinks are so balanced. Soda more often than not can have way too much soda and too little syrup or vice versa, yet the soda is mixed properly and enjoyable. This was my first visit to this restaurant, which is quite small, featuring only two tables and a two-chair bar area. There are also tables outside under a covered space. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the place left something to be desired. I ordered a pizza with half Mexican toppings and half pepperoni. While the pizza itself tasted fine, the Mexican half was quite disappointing—it didn't resemble a Mexican pizza at all. In fact, while it has its own entrance from the street, going through the outside seats of the bar next door you will also be in.
