The service at this restaurant is slow, there were mistakes in our order, and the food was just ok. It's difficult to find parking at this location on the busy Pacific Coast Highway, and the interior of the restaurant is not very attractive. View menu

The restaurant is clean and cozy with generous lunch portions. I highly suggest trying the Beijing Beef. The owners are kind and went out of their way to explain the menu. However, the fortune cookies were stale and disappointing. I hope they improve the quality of their cookies as my kids always enjoy them.
