Marias Pizzeria - Menu

The ricotta pizza and meatball appetizer were absolutely delicious. The pizza crust was especially good, especially when dipped in the marinara that accompanied the meatballs. I can't comment on the atmosphere since I ordered takeout, but the interior of the restaurant looks very charming and clean.

Maria's is such a great place. We love the atmosphere. They have great waitstaff. And the food is always amazing!! The salads have crisp, cold lettuce, the pizza crust is the perfect taste and thickness, appetizers as big as meals, and so many wine choices. Try the Salmon Al Amore and the Penne Cantadina!! So Good! Thank you!

My first time eating here i went for dinner. I was pleasantly surprised to find it's not just a pizza place, but has a very nice italian menu, including pasta dishes and a bar. I had the homemade meatballs with ricotta appetizer and it was delicious. I also got the lasagna with fresh made noodles and would totally recommend ???? I will be going back and i think this is a must visit if you are going out for dinner in the Ocean Isle area. View menu

Impressive strip mall pizzeria and restaurant with a great friendly staff, nice wine list, a selection of brews (not much local however), and a great menu of pizza, calzone/Stromboli, salads, pastas, and entrees including a couple of options for those avoiding carbs or gluten. Pizza was really good, but service was pretty slow (we ordered online and pickup time was 8pm, but food wasn't actually ready until closer to 845). When we finally got our food we walked out only to get to the car and realize they'd forgotten our appetizers (two orders of mozzarella sticks). After going in I had a feeling we should go somewhere else. There was a line of people waiting for there takeout/ online orders. Some had been there over 45 minutes. There were at least 10 orders sitting there but none for the (at least 10) people waiting. Finally get a table and took over 50 minutes to get meal. It was a simple Penne Contadina. This is an absolutely amazing restaurant. Stopped in b/c heard it was the best authentic pizza oven pizza around. It did not disappoint. The dough is so Tasty! We got the Maria’s special pizza as well as some apps. The meatballs ridiculously good. And the 2x cooked wings were saucy and tasty. Angel was our server/bartender, for a group of 8 she was spot on. Service with a smile and extremely friendly. Made our dining experience perfect. We do frequent OIB and Maria’s will now be a staple for all future visits. Clean bathrooms! Thank you.

We ordered dinner for four tonight and, for the most part, three were satisfied with their pizza but the fourth meal was disappointing. It was an order of Bolognese. First off the noodles were mushy and they did not include the Focaccia and salad as stated on the menu. When I called to let them know that i did not receive either I was told I should have asked for them. That was rude and very unfriendly. I have never ordered a meal and had to ask for items that were supposed to come with it. I should have been asked which salad I wanted (Caesar or house) and the bread should have been put in the bag with the Bolognese without asking for it. This was an expensive plate of pasta and I feel gipp...

--- I recently took a vacation at Sunset Beach, and by our third night, we were craving pizza. That's when I discovered Maria's, which was about a 17-minute drive from our condo. I placed an order online and arrived just in time for pickup. The pizza was ready when I got there, and there was no wait at all. Once I brought it back and took my first bite, I felt like I had been transported to another world where the pizza gods reside!
