"The service and the food are both horrible. There are some sort of red things that seems to be lipstick chunk in the water they served me so I immediately told our server and she only said ok in a very light voice that I almost did not hear. She then waited there in a dead silence, which we have to guess that she wants to take the order. After taking the order she took my water away and got a new one but instead of giving the water to me, she took it with her and waited in front the kitchen until the food is ready. While waiting for the water and the ramen, I also found the same red chunks on my boyfriend friend's cup, so I used tissue to rub it off, shown in the picture. Since it is not inside the cup, and our experience with the server is already so bad we didn't even wanted led them know cause then I guess both of us will have nothing to drink before our food is ready. While we were eating the server never came to check on us and even when we told them we need the check we saw that our server and another server debating who is going to help us. So we even have to wait at the counter until they made their decision. Not just the service is bad, the food is also bad. The chashu is made of pork loin which made it so though and chewy, and the egg does not have any taste, unlike the usual tamago we got in mang other ramen that has a brownish color and more favor. The noodle and the soup are just ok. Does not recommend! Will not come again! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2"

Great Ramen and very fast friendly service at a more than fair price.

The sauce tastes good but is too salty for me. The pork is quite dry and not like the actual ramen pork.

First time here. I went there on Saturday around afternoon. Not a lot of people. Food served really fast and tasted so delicious. Especially their egg noodles. Clean restroom View menu

I drove for an hour just to enjoy the ramen here, and everything was fantastic. The new staff member was incredibly friendly. I love the ramen and will definitely be returning soon! Food: 5/5

This place is amazing. This was our first visit and the food was so good we placed an order to go. Food was so flavorful, the staff was so friendly and attentive. We will make the drive again without a doubt!

The quality of the meat has significantly declined, and it feels like they're taking shortcuts to save money. The pork buns are labeled as chashu, but they came out oddly shredded and had very little sauce, making them quite bland. View menu

The pork bun was delicious, but the ramen was just OK. I mean, ramen is like pizza, as long as it's hot it's usually pretty good, so it wasn't awful or anything. Just, nothing to write home about. Will continue sampling other places in the areaFood: 4/5

This is NOT your college dorm-room Ramen.Maru Ramen is a fresh, bright space that not only puts a modern flair on ramen but leaves you counting down until your next trip back. The Tonkatsu Ramen is a personal favorite of mine. The Beef Bulgogi is perfectly seasoned, and the dumplings are fantastic as well.HIGHLY Recommend!Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options. They do a beautiful Shitake Mushroom dish, and they offer a vegetable Misu. And you cannot forget the Kimchi Buns.

"My girlfriend and I decided to take a romantic getaway on the finger lakes and our drive had us passing through Ithaca, so we decided to stop for dinner. A good friend recommended this place, and admittedly I was skeptical of Italian food this far from New York City, but I trust their recommendations and decided to give it a try. I am so glad that I did. For our wine selection, our server allowed us to sample one of the wines by the glass, which tasted thin. When we described what we wanted, she came back with a reasonably priced bottle that exactly hit the deep red notes that we were looking for (see the picture for the winery vintage if interested . We started with the crostini sampler. In my opinion, the Caponata was the best, but they were all interesting to try and I was glad we got all three. As a nice touch, they cut each crostini in half so my girlfriend and I could both easily sample each one. For dinner, I had the grilled hanger steak, which came with rapini and shoestring fries. I admittedly gave an annoyingly long description of how I wanted it cooked (essentially rare+ and they nailed it. The steak was fantastic, but the accompaniments were so good that they almost stole the show. The shoestring fries’ rosemary seasoning was a fun twist and the rapini was both familiar (garlic and olive oil and excitingly different. For dessert, I had what was essentially espresso mousse with graham crackers and a glass of dessert wine. While probably the weakest course, it was still a delicious way to cap an amazing meal. The mousse required a bit more texture, but fortunately they provided graham crackers on the side (which I suggest crumbling into the mousse . I’d highly recommend checking this place out if you happen to be in the area."
