I was pleasantly surprised to discover this gem in a strip mall in central Florida. I went for dinner and the service was top-notch. The price per person was between $20 and $30. The food was excellent and I would give it a 5-star rating, along with the service and atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the Shrimp Tempura.

I have to say, I was very impressed with this restaurant in the past, but after tonight's experience and spending over $60 with a 20% tip, I will not be returning. Charging $3.40 for yum yum sauce, and then having the cashier question if I paid for my meal after I explained that I just picked up my food was mind-blowing. I suggest reconsidering how you treat your customers.

The restaurant has a spacious layout with plenty of seating options. The service was excellent. We started off with the Masa Special roll and I also ordered the Tiger Roll, made with real crab meat, lobster salad, cream cheese, and avocado. It was deep fried and topped with eel sauce and spicy mayo. I also tried the Yum Yum Roll, which features shrimp and imitation crab topped with salmon and tuna. We had a fantastic experience at Masa! Our party of 7 had an amazing server who was constantly attentive and kept our drinks filled. We received a complimentary delicious crab appetizer. The salad and soup that accompanied the hibachi meal were tasty. I chose the steak hibachi and was impressed by the generous portion and delicious flavor. My steak was cooked perfectly rare as requested. The vegetables were also perfectly crunchy. The Thai iced tea was a favorite of mine as it wasn't overly sweet. The staff was very friendly and I will definitely be returning!

I absolutely love Masa! The service is fantastic, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the presentation is stunning. It is definitely the best sushi restaurant in the area. The miso and clear soup are flavorful, which can be hit or miss at other places. I was delighted to find the spicy shrimp roll on the menu, as it is not always easy to come by. My boyfriend enjoyed the Generals Tso's Special, which was a great choice for those who don't care for seafood. We both agree that Masa is a wonderful restaurant in every way. I am surprised that this restaurant is still in business. It is the worst food I have ever had. When they first opened, I was excited to try their sushi, but that was years ago. The rice was wet instead of sticky and dry, and all of the rolls fell apart and were sloppy. I gave them another chance weeks later, but the same issue occurred. It became clear that this place does not know what they are doing. Years later, my daughter wanted to try it, so I reluctantly gave it another shot. The orange chicken had a strange taste and was inedible, and the drunken noodles were only okay due to the spicy beef.
