"Provided the manager on duty (Mayde) a Corporate Customer Care Coupon. Although participation is dependent on individual locations policies I was told I don 't think this coupon is for this location. This response made no sense at all and was accepted previously. The inconsistent application of policy leads to a bad customer service experience...but what can you expect from McDonald 's. I will just take my business else where and not spend again at this location."

My order kept being turned away from a worker named Ruth. I ordered from doordash and my driver kept being turned away so i did uber eats and she kept turning my drivers away away. Instead of calling me to inform of this she did not even attempt to call the customer service for either app. Was giving me attitude saying it was only one order but i ordered from 2 different apps.
