The drive thru takes easily 15-20 minutes, and even if you only order very few things they may forget some of them. After waiting 20+ minutes out of only 4 things I order, I only got a bag with two. I would not reccomend.

All I normally order is a atamel frappe. For months I have to wait for a drink. Or they don't put the caramel in it, once it wasn't even a full cup. Final straw for me was waiting 12 nin and then watching my drink go to the car next to me.... I make the drive 10 min south to a much faster more efficient location

these McDonald’s prove that when they work hard, they can also fail in business! on the drive threw and got the best answer. we do not accept orders! that should be a few on this place! Your wait in the drive thru is easily 30 minutes every time you visit. Won't be back. Food was fresh but it is suppose to be, I just didn't have anything else to positively say. This franchise owner better get it together soon or they won't be open long. They are losing so much money with being so slow and hopefully corporate will assist them with their issues they are unaware how to fix.

that is a terrible experience. No one would come to the counter to take our order so that we used the kiosk. 23 minutes after the payment for our food they finally bring out our food, miss the half of the drinks we ordered. then when we started eating our food, everything was made incorrectly! do they tell me how to send out 2 bacon burger without speck?! it looks like this place is getting worse. if I could give no stars, I would. the people who command are very rude! (no one asked you to work for mcdonalds) when I got my food, they did not give me our fries. I ordered 3 meals. the meals come with a fry and a drink. but at this point I don't think, and if they ask for the things they've already paid, the cash is going crazy. I would not recommend this mcdonald to a faithful dog. they probably spit into eating or give out old eating as they have done with my fries! I'll never be back!

They have no customer service and are really rude they take forever to take your order and had threatened to slap a women cause we had been waiting for about an hour so they could take our order and all she said was you guys need to be more nice and we have been waiting for about an hour” which was true and not to mention they called the police on a black man cause the “manager” thought he was gonna hit her all the man wanted was his food that he paid for they gave him a single meat instead of two and refused to give it to him with out him having to pay for it.

My husband and I ordered a Large 2 cheeseburger meal with no onions and Dr Pepper, the 2 for 6 mcdouble and Nuggets, and another large dr pepper. We confirmed our order when the lady read it back and then confirmed it on the screen. We pay at the first window and continue to the second. They give us the bag of food and one Dr pepper so my husband mentioned the missing Dr pepper but the drive thru guy showed us it wasn't on the recept.... okay but it was on the screen... it's fine its just a drink so we go. We go to exit the parking lot and I realized his Nuggets were missing so we go back through the drive thru. They then take our receipt *AND THE FOOD (uh COVID anybody? back through the win...
