Moe's Southwest Grill

a variety of experience twice in succession. the chicken is cold and tastes like it's 12 hours old. the personal does nothing to make it better. they never go to this place again.

I regret not sticking with Taco Bell. I've never had tacos that were so lacking in filling—there was more shell than anything else. I usually love Moe's, but this experience with the three tacos I just paid $22 for was disappointing. I'd like to share a picture, but unfortunately, there isn’t an option to do so.

My fiancée and I dine at this restaurant at least twice a week. However, the staff has recently changed, and the food portions have become inconsistent. Everything was off on our last visit. 0 stars. If I could give 0 I would. Moes, you need to completely hire new staff, close the location, SOMETHING. The staff at this location could not make it any more obvious that they don't want to be there. Could barely hear a word one staff member was saying. Food is sloppy and horrible quality. Do yourself a favor and go to tijuana flats.

I give this place a perfect 5/5 solely for their incredible cookies. Wow, they're amazing! The chocolate is so rich it leaves me speechless, and the softness of the cookies makes me feel a certain way. They're one of the few things that actually makes me sad to finish. I'm particular about my cookies, and these take me to a whole new level. Thank you, Moe's!

I had a very disappointing experience yesterday. The staff appeared to lack cooking knowledge, and the kitchen was visibly dirty. The flat top grill hadn't been cleaned in ages, and the food I was served was quite unappetizing. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time or patience to wait for a replacement. I'm really dissatisfied with my visit and would like to request a refund. View menu

I was next door at The Chick Pea when this restaurant came up for me to review on Google. However, I eat at Moe's all the time and absolutely love it! The Chick Pea, which is only located in Florida, was completely delicious and offered a wide variety of vegetarian options and healthy lifestyle choices. I will definitely stop by whenever I'm in Florida again! I've posted a picture of my build-your-own bowl below!

Terrible miserable people working today and last time I came in. Must be new staff because no one greeted when I walked in and had the worst attitude while serving me and forgot to put some meals i ordered in the bag. Had to go back and apparently they made it again but before I came in. That's not how it should be. It was the same meal they forgot to put in the bag the first time. You can tell by the cheese all cold and not melted. Very disappointed in the employees.

Incredibly poor experience as a long time customer. Came to eat at 11:42 AM on Sunday 5/15. See attached receipt.Extremely rude employee (manager with curly hair) I don’t recall name (Fantasia I believe) who talked to customers in an unwelcoming tone. Extremely passive aggressive with snarky comments.Barely filled up the bowl and charged be extra for beans and rice for a bowl less than half full. Mentioned a scope of rice would come out of her paycheck, which is a ridiculous statement. Didn’t even know how much extra rice and beans cost.
