"Just Awful!I ordered the tempura and it was very bad. Hint: Guys get the oil hot enough!The onions were not cooked on the inside. The tempura was soggy and greasy. I threw out a $15.00 plate of food that was not edible. The Gyoza was also very bad quality. I have bought Gyoza at Costco that was better. Obviously not hand made. The dough was so thick and the filling was flavorless. Tossed that out too! Avoid this place, go to SHO up the street! What a let down and a ripoff!I read their other bad review and the management response is like a broken record...from robots"

really good rolls but a huge rip off. way over priced for the amount and quality of the rolls. the 2 for 1 roll is a scam do not get it. you can find better sushi places with way better prices.

Absolutely delicious! Best sushi in Portland by a long shot! Fresh ingredients, consistent quality, and never a missing item! Dont go anywhere else because you cant get better than this. Favorite place as of recent!

My salmon roll wasnt actually rolled, so it fell apart, but it tasted fine. My Yellowfin Tuna Nigiri /Maguro was way too big just didn apos;t taste right. Didnt provide enough wasabi, ginger or soy sauce. The Spicy Yellowtail Roll was great! View menu

I live just down the road from Momiji. I first discovered it through DoorDash during the pandemic and have ordered from there many times since then. I quickly became a fan of Momiji and it has become a go-to for us! Our favorite dish is the crunchy salmon roll and the fried gyoza is consistently excellent. The food is always fresh and delicious.

The sushi service at Momiji is good, but the customer service is lacking. They do not take orders if they are closing in 10 minutes, which is frustrating for customers. It would be helpful if they advertised business hours that align with their services. One tip would be to close early at 8:30 p.m. and welcome any last hungry guests into the restaurant. View menu

The rolls were very tasty, with good avocado and nice textures. Tempura was also good in general, the shrimp a bit undercooked. It was a bit pricey for the amount, but that is sushi for you ... Great customer service, although we paid for a soda and never got it. We reminded the girl twice, but it was never given to us. Our oversight, too. Will come back to try the other specials.
