Monk's Grill - Menu

Cool spot, good food options for me and the family. Got a Cuban sandwich which was pretty good, heavy on the mustard though. Will likely give them another shot.

This sports bar is just okay, nothing special. We didn't try their pizza or macaroni and cheese, which are supposed to be their specialty. Instead, we ordered a Cubano sandwich and grilled salmon with bruschetta.

The food was delicious as always! I love a good Monk's burger. I got the Jalapeno Bacon Burger and it was so yummy. We had a bigger group and everyone was happy with their choices from burgers to chicken wings everything was great! The service was great too. View menu

Have loved the service here and the food has been good. Even delicious sometimes. Last couple times in my order has been messed up with either missing items or burgers not cooked to order. (E.g. ordered medium well and received medium rare). With their chips being the go-to side they lack anything noteworthy. Not worth the entry price of the burger they accompany.

We went during a quiet period so food came out quickly and was delicious, but because it was slower I expected a little better service time. It took a little while to get our drink and food order taken. Seemed like one table was taking most of the attention, but not sure why?? But overall, I'm satisfied and not too upset about the service. Afterall, I've been places where its taken an hour! XD

Although Monk's has limited vegan options, including the Beyond burger, black bean burger, and a pretzel appetizer without dips, our server provided exceptional service. Without prompting, she offered to bring me the allergen menu, ensured that my burger and onions were cooked separately from meat on the grill, and informed me about the shared fryer for the fries. This restaurant is excellent with delicious food at affordable prices. The atmosphere has a sports bar vibe, but the noise from the TVs is not overpowering. For appetizers, we tried the fried cheese curds, which were delicious. For our main meals, we ordered the breakfast burger with an egg, chicken wings, Reuben, chicken wrap, and another burger. Everyone in our group loved their meals and we all agreed that we would definitely return to this restaurant.

Been meaning to come here for a LONG time. I came in with a friend last week after buying a car nearby. Place is very spacious and clean, and staff is very friendly and attentive. Our server was August and made our meal an enjoyable one. The Monkey Fries are positively delicious with the crispy bacon! I tried my friend's cauliflower bites and they have a lot more zing than I expected them to, but not unwelcome. We both had meals with brisket and it's heavenly! Smokiness was not overwhelming or artificial tasting, and the sauce was JUST the right amount to not make a mess. I actually took more pictures than this, but my phone decided not to save the others. Definitely planning on coming back...

The food at Monk's in the Plover area is fantastic! Every dish ordered by our group received rave reviews. My only concern is the small additional charges that were not disclosed until we received the bill. I don't mind paying extra for certain items, but in my previous dining experiences, the wait staff always informed us of any additional charges before we made our final decision. For example, we were charged $0.70 for extra flavoring in our lemonade and an additional $0.99 for a cup of ranch dressing, which my family loves.
