Mountain Mike's Pizza

Mark and Monica’s was packed so we decided to try this place. Food was good , beer was flat. Employees bickering and cussing as we the only customers there ate. Pro tip , maybe vacuum, fill the empty napkin dispensers, fix the tore up carpet while your standing around. My 12 year old said “ it’s depressing in here”.

Was told 30 minute wait for pickup. Waited 60 minutes then asked for a refund. Cashier didn't know how to issue a refund but said my pizza was done. I watched as they served my pizza to a dine in customer instead. I left without a pizza and without a refund rather just never go here again than act like a Karen. Good food, if you get it.

So disappointed, last week I got a personal pineapple luau pizza! It was amazing! Probably the best pizza I ever had. Today, I ordered a small of the same pizza for pick up! What a gigantic difference, I couldn't taste any bbq sauce at all and the pineapple was definitely put on after cooking and was cold! I spent $13.99 for a small pizza that I didn't even finish one piece! View menu

I went into this establishment the other day and noticed a few off things. The workers use a paint brush to put sauce on the pizza... The oil traps above the cooking area look like they have never been taken down and cleaned..over heard the manager talking rudely to a worker also. I ended up just walkin out. management is obviously hiring to many workers to get around paying workers fairly.

Put 2 pizzas out during the entire buffet and one of them was doused in minced garlic. 2 young men behind the counter...distracted. A young woman by the name of Brittany was the only one working, cleaning, asking customers how they were doing. UPDATE Gave the buffet another shot: NOPE. You guys still are struggling. PEPPERONI, COMBINATION, HAWAIIAN, and VEGGIE. It's not difficult. Just those pizzas. Stop with the chicken, white sauces, and garlic. THE PIZZA BUFFET SHOULD BE FULL THE ENTIRE TIME. We don't pay to sit.

I don't see this location being open much longer. We went on a Saturday at 3pm it was empty. The place was dirty. We ordered a large pikes peak. And wanted 24 plain wings. But they did not have the wings. They said they only had the wings that already have the sauce on them. They have signs for military discount. But no one working knew how to give the discount. The food was just okay. It came to our table cold. And the wings are not the same wings we have ate at Mountain Mike's before. They taste like wings that are bought at Smart and Final. The pizza suppose to have 6 toppings on it. It only had 4, and they tried to cover the pizza with ham. The soda from the fountain drinks taste funny.... View menu

Ordered for delivery, never had a problem with them before, but this time the pizza came late, after their “promised” time. Luckily they had a coupon for the bread sticks to be free, so I didn’t pay for them but I wouldn’t order them ever, they’re thin, hard, dry, flavorless slices of bread with sesame seeds on them?? They also charge extra for ranch, whatever I get it I guess but if I’m paying extra for something, you’d think they would at least bring it? The guy arrived, was talking on the phone, I asked him if he brought ranch because I didn’t see any and he looked at me funny, I told him I ordered 2 ranches he looked at the receipt said “oh… I won’t charge you, okay?” Like I had any othe...

No matter how often I come here for pickup, the order is never on time. It’s been 5 consecutive orders that I’ve picked up and they have NEVER ONCE been on time. They’ve always made me wait an additional 10 minutes minimum. Today, a very obtuse girl with braids took an insanely long phone order while a small army of men casually disregarded us as we waited in line for 8 solid minutes. Then, 9 minutes after my order was scheduled to be DONE, it’s still not ready. After 20 minutes of waiting past my PROMISE TIME, I demand a refund because we need to eat, I have a family on a food schedule, and they can’t even find my order to refund!! On 8/26/21 I ordered a pizza with the following instructions. “Comment: Pepperoni pineapple on one side jalapeños and banana peppers on the other. ALLERGY”. I got the pizza and it had pepperoni all over it, one side banana peppers, one side jalapeños. I went back in to let them know there was a mistake at which point I talked to Brianne. She walked away to the back of the restaurant after letting her know the pizza was wrong and going over the order again, wasn’t sure what she was doing so we stayed standing at the front counter at which point she starts talking to the other employees about how we “were just standing there”.
