"The food at this restaurant was both innovative and tasty. We visited on a Sunday and found it to be quite empty. Unfortunately, our waitress was not very attentive and we had to wait over 10 minutes to receive menus. However, once we ordered, the food arrived promptly and was superb. It's possible that our waitress was just having an off day."

Great food, Great service. The chalet chicken is the best but everything's fantastic!

Place was redone, quite beautiful inside. Need to keep the lights a little lower but, otherwise it is beautiful. Service is always good for thime we have

There's only one vegetarian option, and it's a cold, slack hummus sandwich. They didn't even toast the bread. Very disappointing. However, my starter of flatbread with apricot jam was very tasty. View menu

I got the goat cheese noodles that had goat cheese in the sauce and a whole ball of goat cheese on top. This is far too much goat cheese! Plus the taste was bland. Not worth the money I spent on it

was okay, but overall we were unimpressed with the quality and flavor. The service was slow and inattentive, and the atmosphere felt dull and uninspired. Overall, we left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return.

We enjoyed a visit to the museum and decided to dine there in the muse. The food was excellent and the atmosphere at lunchtime on a Saturday was great for getting school-age children to do so. Very comfortable chairs too! View menu

The restaurant was quiet and warm and cozy and festive with Christmas decorations. We came there to have dinner and see the fireworks, and finally we watched fireworks directly from the window, where we ate, which was perfect. The cream brulé was out of this world ????

Our first experience was a good one after the museum hours on Friday evening. High quality menu, professional service and live music made for a nice date. Now Muse only needs patrons! We had the space almost to ourselves. If it gets known, this could be a great downtown restaurant.

"We had our wedding celebration at The Farmhouse in May 2023. Overall, it was a very positive experience; we were treated well and got what was promised and paid for. We toured the venue with Debbie K. and worked mostly with her throughout the planning process. She was extremely responsive to all questions, accommodating to our reasonable requests, and followed-thru on what she said despite the venue undergoing some changes from the time we booked until our wedding day. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and a big part of the reason we liked the venue so much. She said she wanted her brides to be relaxed and have the best day; she, without a doubt, helped to make this happen! The property grounds are beautiful. Despite the highway (Route 78) being across the street, there is minimal noise when in the back of the building for the ceremony. There are several different spots to take pictures on the grounds. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to utilize the front of the building, which has a cute fountain and porch area, as there was unfinished landscaping. There were several flowers left in their plastic containers placed on the ground all throughout the space with some of the flowers in poor condition. Fortunately, there were other areas that made for great backdrops for our pictures. The “kissing tree” and swing in the back is where we took a lot of photos. The cocktail hour space and reception room worked well for our guestlist of about 170 people. The patio was a big hit during cocktail hour as we were lucky enough to have perfect weather. There were candles all throughout the cocktail hour and reception rooms which set a nice vibe. The bridal and grooms’ suites were perfect for getting ready as well as having a quiet space to retreat to when needing a break during the reception. The food/drinks at both the cocktail hour and reception were delicious. The menu changed from the time we booked the place to when we were choosing our options; however, we were able to choose from both the old and new menus. There were certainly more creative options on the old menu for cocktail hour, but we did end up going with a few things from the new menu as well. We opted to serve dinner a little later given the amount of food offered during cocktail hour and timeline for our reception events. Some of our tables were served dinner far later than we planned; I had one guest ask if the venue ran out of food as the time between the first table and last tables being served was a bit too long. The food was well prepared though. The bartenders were also great; one bartender had a heavier pour than the other, but both made delicious cocktails. We opted for cupcakes rather than cake; the bakery contracted with the venue did a nice job with the cupcakes and also provided a personal cake for the bride and groom. We live close to the venue and noticed the construction that started a few months before our wedding date. While no formal notification was provided, we were given an explanation about this and how it would not impact our wedding day when we arrived at the venue for our tasting, which was scheduled for March 2023. I would have preferred to be informed as soon as construction started."
